I trained as a therapist after a successful career in professional and financial services.  Based initially in the City and Canary Wharf, my work had an international focus; I lived and worked across different countries and cultures in Asia, China, Europe, Africa, Australasia, India and the Middle East.

In 2014 I returned to London and spent 3 years studying, before qualifying as a therapist. My training involved working at The Priory, Roehampton and for the mental health charity Mind.  I also worked with ASCA – a specialist agency supporting individuals and families affected by addiction.

I live in Richmond where I run my own private psychotherapy practice.

I also work at the Nightingale Hospital, Marylebone, with outpatients and CBT group therapy.
